In 1996 they relocated the business and built a new facility for the ice production. In addition, they upgraded the equipment.

On September 1, 2001 Ricky and Debbie were introduced to the bottled water business. The next summer they were approached about selling the ice business. The decision was made to sell the ice business and focus on providing the best bottled water available. Crystal River Water also kept the mini-storage business and property.

Ricky and Debbie built a new warehouse for the bottled water and also expanded the storage business. Their bottled water business has grown from nothing to a stand alone business with hometown pride and excellent service to the water needs of the surrounding 70 mile delivery area with shipping points around the nation.
